for your business or property. We believe that you are the best person to sell your business or
property as you know what it is like to live and work in a particular area, something that the
agents will never be able to convey to potential clients.

So what is in it for the buyer? Unless you have been through the process here in Spain you will
probably be unaware of the high prices the agents charge for selling you business or property.
Their fee is normally added onto the price the seller wants and therefore you end up paying,
putting you the buyer up to thousands of euros out of pocket before you even start. By going
direct you save money, which in this day and age has got to be a plus in anyone's book!

Having also bought and sold property in the UK over the years the same applies although they
disguise their commissions as percentages. I once sold a house and just by looking through the
local property papers knew how much it would be worth. The only problem was that it is normal
to go to an estate agent. So yes, I called them in and got told exactly what I already knew and
they displayed my property in all the normal places until it sold. In hindsight I could have done it
all myself and saved a substantial amount of cash.
